Ingredients
· 5 Chicken breasts (either whole or in chunks)
· 1 cup of melted butter
· 5 garlic cloves (crushed)
· 2 tablespoons of seasoning sauce
· 1 onion (either chopped or minced)
· 2 oz of flour (this is to thicken the sauce that will be made of the butter)
· 2 teaspoons of fresh mint
· 1 clear plastic bag
Instructions
Marinating:
1. Place the clear plastic bag over a bowl.
2. In the plastic bag, pour the melted butter, the chopped onions, the garlic, the seasoning sauce, the mint and the flour.
3. Make small cuts on the breasts (if they are whole)
4. Place the breasts in the bag and tie the bag.
5. Let sit for an hour. Play around with the bag for 3 minutes every 15 minutes.
Cooking:
1. Place the breast and sauce in a large frying pan.
2. Let cook for 45 minutes in low or medium heat and stir repeatedly.
